Hurray for SpaceShipOne and congratulations to Mike Melvill on becoming the worlds first privately funded civilian astronaut!

Read the gripping report here (this is in reverse order, so scroll to the bottom and read upwards).

/me very happy =)

heheh yeah I was reading about that, very funky indeed.

Perhaps dumping waste in space may be the way forward - a little more environmentally friendly than dumping toxic/radioactive waste in the sea.

Neurons firing, ideas, everywhere...

Its tne mystical art of traversing ideas which I don't quite have under control yet. Anyway, it is cool that a privately funded ship managed to penetrate the 100km barrier.

Now enjoying a nice Grolsh to celebrate their success.

Now, can we put the thing in one-way mode and put Tony and George in it?

Hmm a subrace whose main forefathers are Tony Blair and George Bush - well I can see the mating being succesful, I just wouldn't want to meet the decendants after 65 million years' worth of evolution in deep space.
